Savory coffee cream, vegan and low carb

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
  • 3 tbsp, levelled coffee powder, instant
  • 45 g powdered sweetener with stevia
  • 300 g soy quark (quark alternative), unsweetened
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla pulp
  • some cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • some soy cream (soy cream cuisine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Combine the soy milk, coffee powder, and sugar and heat over medium heat until the coffee powder is completely dissolved. Then pour into a large bowl and fold in the soy curd. Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth. Gradually add the cinnamon, vanilla seeds, cardamom powder, and clove powder and season to taste. Stir everything well again and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Garnish with unsweetened cocoa powder and soy cream, if desired. Tip: This goes well with homemade low-carb cookies during the Christmas season.
