Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 m.-large banana(s), overripe
  • 350 ml milk or almond milk (almond drink)
  • 7 tsp, heaped baking cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Cut the bananas into very small pieces. Freeze overnight. Add a maximum of 350 ml (50 ml per serving) of milk, just enough to blend. Blend until smooth. Add cocoa powder.
