Rice porridge with almonds and fruits

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp rice flakes
  • 1 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 125 g raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the rice flakes with the almonds and vanilla sugar. Cut the banana into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the bananas to the bowl for the porridge. Now pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it. It’s best to set the stovetop to high. As soon as it’s hot, turn it off and stir the almond flake mixture into the milk. Then pour the porridge into the bowl with the bananas and garnish with the raspberries. Tip: You can vary the fruit according to your taste. Other plant-based milks and cow’s milk also work.
