Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g oat flakes
- 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 50 ml apple juice, straight
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the oats and apple juice in a small saucepan and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Add the applesauce and almond milk and mix. Set the stovetop to high and let the porridge warm up. Meanwhile, add the apple, either sliced or grated. Set the stovetop to medium heat and add the cinnamon, stirring constantly. Add a little almond milk if you want the porridge to be creamier. Otherwise, let it simmer for another 3 minutes. Decorate or refine the porridge with fruit, nuts, etc., and season with honey or agave syrup if it’s not sweet enough.
