Avocado-pepper lettuce wrap

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large wrap(s) with flaxseed
  • 3 leaves of baby romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp salad herbs, dried
  • ½ large avocado(s)
  • ½ large bell pepper(s), red
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the wrap on a plate. Mash the avocado with a fork, spread it over the wrap with a knife, and season the cream with salt and pepper to taste. Place the lettuce leaves on top. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers, and place them on top. Sprinkle with herbs and roll everything up into a wrap. Serve.
