Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 30 g cornflakes
- 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly roast the almonds in a non-stick pan without adding any fat. Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the cornflakes, almonds, and desiccated coconut, stir, and serve immediately.
