Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g white cabbage
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp, sautéed turmeric
- 100 g chickpeas, ground
- 1 tbsp, leveled baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Oil or clarified butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely grate the white cabbage and ginger, mix with the spices and chickpea flour until you can form patties. Then fry them in hot oil in a pan. You can also season the dough with one and a half teaspoons of mustard, salt, pepper, curry powder, nutmeg, various herbs, and a little tomato paste.
