Mozzarella and tomato salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 large tomatoes
  • 2 packs of mini mozzarella with basil (e.g. from Zott), 150 g each
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, regular
  • 2 handfuls of basil
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • e.g. oregano
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

great when it’s warm

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and then slice them. Quarter the regular-sized mozzarella, leaving the mozzarella balls as they are. Tear the basil leaves a little, if desired. Place the ingredients in a bowl, add the onions and seasonings, and mix everything gently. Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil about 30 minutes before serving.
