Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 60 g strawberry syrup, homemade
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 10 g rapeseed oil
- some mineral water
- some cinnamon powder
- 200 g strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with zero-waste strawberry syrup
Lightly toast the oats in a pan with the oil until fragrant. Then add the xylitol and continue toasting over medium heat, stirring, until all the oats are coated with the melted xylitol. Let cool on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Meanwhile, mix the low-fat quark with the syrup. Carefully add mineral water until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Cover the bottom of a transparent bowl with half of the cooled oat crunch. Add the strawberry quark on top. Then top the quark with the strawberries. Finally, sprinkle the remaining oat crunch over the strawberries and garnish with a little cinnamon, if desired. I used fine oats, homemade zero-waste strawberry syrup, and birch sugar for this recipe. The calorie count for the entire serving is based on this. The recipe for the zero-waste strawberry syrup can be found on my profile.
