Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g peanut butter
  • 100 g mango(s), frozen
  • 350 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 10 g protein powder (vanilla)
  • 100 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 10 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend using a hand blender. Do not thaw the mango beforehand; add it frozen. This will make the bowl wonderfully creamy and refreshing. Top with nuts, fruit, or cacao nibs.
