Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 half lemon(s), squeezed
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • ½ cup soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) (blueberry flavor)
  • 1 large apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Peel the banana, slice it, and place it in a large glass. Peel the apple, cut it into small cubes, and add it to the banana slices. Pour the yogurt over the fruit, season with lemon juice, and blend. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or as a light dinner. Enjoy!
