Smoothie with oranges, banana and pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ pineapple
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 banana(s)
  • e.g. fresh ginger
  • ½ tbsp, crushed cinnamon powder
  • some turmeric
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink), or similar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tastes very refreshing

Juice the oranges. Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Place it in a smoothie maker along with the juice, ginger, banana, cinnamon, and turmeric. Fill with almond milk (or another liquid of your choice) to 1 liter, then blend. The finished smoothie has a slightly tart taste, making it truly refreshing.
