Oatmeal pudding with quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder for cooking, low calorie, from Natreeen
  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 60 g oat flakes, fine
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink), light
  • 150 ml water
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 g almond flakes
  • 100 g berries of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pudding with the milk according to the package instructions and set aside briefly. Mix the oats, soy milk, water, and sweetener and simmer for 5 minutes. Place the lid on the pot and set it aside briefly. Stir the quark with the sweetener until smooth. Do not use milk or water! Mix the pudding, porridge, and quark together and pour into a soup plate. Sprinkle the oatmeal pudding with the washed and sorted berries and the flaked almonds and enjoy lukewarm. This amount is enough to fill one person as a complete meal. For dessert, I recommend half a portion.
