Polenta semolina porridge with apple puree

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g polenta
  • 100 g apple sauce or apple puree or other fruit puree
  • possibly fruit, cut into small pieces
  • possibly nuts
  • possibly desiccated coconut
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil. Remove from the heat, stir in the polenta, and bring back to a boil. Once it has thickened (this happens very quickly), remove from the heat and stir in the sweetener and apple puree. Now add any fruit you like (I advise against pineapple and kiwi due to their acidity) and nuts on top.
