Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes, fine, gluten-free
- 40 g dried fruit, e.g. apricots, plums, figs, mango, cranberries
- 15 g coconut oil
- 20 g blossom honey
- 10 g agave syrup
- 1 tsp, heaped pistachio cream
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs
- ½ tsp marzipan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Chop the dried fruit. Combine the oats with the chopped dried fruit and stir in the melted coconut oil. Mix everything well. Then mix in the agave syrup, honey, pistachio cream, marzipan, and cocoa nibs. This works best with your hands. It should already be a thick and sticky mixture. You may need to add a little honey or coconut oil to achieve the right consistency. Pour the mixture into bar molds and press down lightly, or form them into 4 bars by hand. This works quite well because of their firm consistency. Place the bars in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Then take them out and simply enjoy. You can also serve the bar as a dessert, as shown in my picture. 176 kcal per serving.
