Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg chili pepper(s), red, long, hot
  • 4 chili peppers (Carolina Reaper), very hot
  • 750 ml olive oil
  • 750 ml rapeseed oil
  • some vinegar
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Remove the stems from the chilies and chop coarsely. Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Blend with all other ingredients until creamy. Pour into jars and simmer for 20-25 minutes (for 250 ml jars).
