Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 80 g coconut blossom sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. Cinnamon sugar for dusting, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Party snack, free from industrial sugar, without fat

Preparation is super simple. Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and let stand for about 10 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Next, use 2 teaspoons to scoop out small portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the quark balls for about 15 minutes. Arrange them attractively on a plate and serve. Optionally, dust with cinnamon sugar. Tips: The balls can also be deep-fried. Heat the fat or oil slowly. When it bubbles (use a toothpick to check), drop in a small amount of the quark balls and fry until golden brown. Place on a kitchen towel. Serve warm.
