- 300 g flour (wheat flour)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 ml buttermilk
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). In a bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. Add the egg whites, egg, and enough buttermilk to form a smooth, firm batter. Fill the muffin cups two-thirds full with the batter and bake the chocolate muffins for 15-20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
