Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink), hazelnut milk or almond milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-carb

Bring the milk, cream, and erythritol to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the ground hazelnuts, stir, and simmer until the cream thickens. Pour the cream into a bowl and let it cool slightly. Serve warm and garnish with strawberries, if desired.
