Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 lemons, juice and zest
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Heat the quinoa with the milk and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the honey. Once the cream thickens, stir in the lemon juice and some of the grated zest. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk the mixture until creamy. Slice the bananas and either stir them into the cream or place them on top. This recipe serves 4. Each serving contains 170 kcal, 3 g protein, 1 g fat, and 20 g carbohydrates.
