Crunchy muesli with spelled flakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flakes, large leaf
  • 70 g wheat germ
  • 125 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 100 g chips (coconut)
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 125 ml rapeseed oil
  • 125 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, add oil and water, and mix. Pour into a roasting pan and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for approximately 40-50 minutes, stirring frequently. Once cooled, pour into jars.
