Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¾ cup strawberries, diced
- ¾ cup diced mango(s)
- ¼ cup diced red onion(s)
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
refreshing salad with grilled chicken
Tear the basil into small pieces. Then add the strawberries, mango, onions, and basil to a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. I especially like making this salad in the summer and taking it to barbecues. But it’s also delicious on its own!
