Quick, refreshing summer salad without oil

Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Cut the mango, tomato, and half an onion into thin strips. Finely dice the chili, garlic, and ginger. Zest the lime and squeeze out the juice. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and let stand for 30 minutes. You have a refreshing, tangy summer salad.
