Low-carb almond chocolate pralines

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cocoa, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp Stevia or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp, levelled vanilla, ground
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • n. E. Desiccated coconut or cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

vegan

Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir in the cocoa powder and pour it over the almond, stevia, and vanilla mixture, mixing well. Add a little water if needed. Form the mixture into balls. Roll in coconut flakes or cocoa powder, if desired. Then refrigerate.
