Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g almonds, ground
- 70 g coconut flakes
- 80 g coconut oil
- 1 pack of lemon zest
- 1 shot of water
- 1 bottle of lemon flavor
- n. B. Coconut flakes for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes about 15 pieces
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and let it cool. Weigh the remaining ingredients and place them in a bowl. Add the cooled coconut oil, mix well, and refrigerate the mixture for about 5 minutes. Form into balls and roll in coconut flakes.
