Chocolate almond pralines with coconut flakes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 3 tbsp Stevia powder
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (almond drink)
  • ½ tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut, for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

low-carb, vegan

Mix the almonds, stevia, and cocoa powder. Add the almond milk and knead into a dough with your fingers. Roll 16 marble-sized balls with your hands and coat them in coconut flakes. A full spoonful of cocoa powder gives the pralines a rich chocolate flavor, more like dark chocolate. They’re not overly sweet, so you can use less cocoa and/or more stevia if you like.
