Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 180 g whole wheat spaghetti
- 10 g olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 75 g diced ham
- 50 g spring onions
- 200 ml milk, 1.5%
- 100 g processed cheese
- 200 g diced tomatoes
- vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Sauté the diced ham and crushed garlic in oil, then add the finely sliced spring onions. Add the milk and cream cheese and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Season to taste, then add the tomato pieces. Serve the pasta with the sauce on plates and sprinkle with parsley.
