Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 180 g whole wheat spaghetti
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 75 g diced ham
  • 50 g spring onions
  • 200 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 200 g diced tomatoes
  • vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Sauté the diced ham and crushed garlic in oil, then add the finely sliced ​​spring onions. Add the milk and cream cheese and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Season to taste, then add the tomato pieces. Serve the pasta with the sauce on plates and sprinkle with parsley.
