Brussels sprouts baked with Emmental cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 200 g bacon, streaky, smoked and diced
  • 200 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Grease a baking dish with oil, mix the Brussels sprouts with the smoked pork belly, and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bake everything in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
