Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
- 1 bunch of mixed fresh herbs, to taste
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g quark
- 50 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper

quick to make, made from puff pastry, makes 8 snails
Finely chop the washed herbs, mix with the quark, egg, and grated cheese, and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the rolled-out puff pastry, roll it up from the short side, and cut into 8 slices. Place the snails on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (middle rack) for about 25 minutes.
