- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- 150 ml water
- 60 g oat flakes
- 1 apple
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- n. B. Liquid sweetener
- 1 pinch of salt

Dice half an apple. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil over low heat. Then simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Serve in a bowl and use the remaining apple half for garnish.
