Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 600 g cherries
- 90 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
1.2 liters
Puree the washed and pitted cherries with the sugar and milk. Stir in the whipped cream and a squeeze of lemon juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and turn it on. The ice cream should be ready after about 45 minutes. If desired, set aside a few pieces of fruit at the beginning and add them to the mixture just before the end.
