Spicy Bolognese with Spaghetti

The perfect spicy bolognese with spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 100 g 1 Zwiebel
  • 100 g 1 Möhre
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 250 g Tomatoes happened
  • 1 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 * ½ Strauchtomate zum Garnieren
  1. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Peel and dice the carrot with the peeler. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the minced beef in it until crumbly and remove. Add the onion cubes with the carrot cubes and garlic clove cubes and sauté / stir fry. Add the red curry paste (1 tbsp) and stir-fry with it. Add the fried minced beef and stir in the tomatoes (250 g). Season with sambal oelek (1 teaspoon) and coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and simmer everything over a low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Stir it every now and then. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti (200 g) in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) according to the instructions on the package and pour it through a kitchen sieve. Mix the spaghetti into the sauce. Spread the spicy Bolognese with spaghetti on 2 pasta plates and garnish with ½ vine tomatoes each, serve.
