Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 85 g beans, white
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • 60 g leek
  • 10 g spring onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • Pepper, possibly also salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar)
  • n. B. garlic
  • possibly oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the beans in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes until soft. Sauté the spring onions (in oil if you’re allowed), add the leeks and tomatoes. If you like, you can also add garlic! Be careful that the leeks don’t get too mushy. Then put everything in a bowl. Add the beans and let them simmer for a while. Season with eight herbs from the freezer, pepper (or salt if you’re allowed), and a teaspoon of vinegar.
