Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large potatoes, or 4 small ones
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
Cook the potatoes with their skins on. Pierce the potatoes with a fork. Peel and chop the garlic. Insert the garlic cloves into the potatoes and smoke with beech wood chips for 1-3 hours, depending on the size and desired smokiness.
