Delicious gyros pizza with tzatziki

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pizza dough, from the refrigerated section, baking mix or homemade
  • 500 g gyros meat
  • 500g tzatziki
  • 200 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • some pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes approx. one baking tray

First, chop the ingredients into small pieces. Depending on your taste, slice 2-3 onions into rings and the red bell pepper into strips. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the passata evenly over it. Sprinkle about half of the bell pepper strips and onion rings on the pizza, then spread half of the tzatziki on top. Next, sprinkle the corn and just a handful of pizza cheese on top. You’ll need the rest of the pizza cheese later. Then, cook the gyro in a large pan and preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Once the gyro is cooked, spread it on the pizza. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on the pizza (tzatziki, onions, bell peppers). Spread the pizza seasoning and hollandaise sauce sparingly. Place the pizza tray in the oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. When the time is up, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return it to the oven for 10 minutes. This recipe makes about 6 servings. Here is my video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=001BeHo78WY
