Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 500 g tomatoes
- 500 g meat sausage
- 4 gherkins
- 2 onions
- 1 small jar of bell pepper(s)
- 3 eggs
- 125 g sour cream
- 2 tsp flour
- Parsley, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the dough, add all ingredients one by one to a bowl and knead into a dough. Spread on a greased baking sheet. For the topping, chop the vegetables and sausage and spread evenly over the dough. Mix the eggs, sour cream, and flour and pour over the dough. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle generously with parsley after baking.
