Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg asparagus, green
- 550 g chicken breast fillet(s), four pieces
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Halve the chicken breast fillets lengthwise. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. Mix the oil with the sugar and fish sauce. Place the fillets and asparagus in the seasoned oil and rub well. Place everything in a deep casserole dish. Cook in the oven (middle rack) for about 40 minutes. Turn everything over halfway through cooking. Sprinkle the paprika over the fillets just before the end of the cooking time.
