Grilled peppers with feta cheese filling

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-large peppers
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • some leek
  • possibly wild garlic
  • Garlic
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian

Wash the tomatoes and then finely chop them. Cut the leek into thin slices. Place the feta cheese in a bowl with the tomatoes and leek and mix well with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic. Halve the peppers and fill them with the feta cheese. Then place the pepper halves on the grill until lightly browned.
