Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 300 g bell pepper(s)
- 200 g zucchini
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 120 g mozzarella
- 80 g onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper

Thaw the chicken breast fillet (if frozen). Trim and chop the bell peppers and zucchini. Wash the chicken and cut into small cubes. Add a little oil to a pan, finely chop the onion, press the garlic, and fry until translucent. Then add the chicken and fry until cooked through. Now add the diced bell peppers, and after a few minutes, the zucchini and crème fraîche. Mix everything well and turn off the heat. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place on top. Place in the oven for about 12-15 minutes to allow the mozzarella to melt. 365 kcal per serving.
