Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ liter blood orange juice
- ¼ liter sparkling wine, dry
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Combine the orange juice and sparkling wine with the gelling sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Pour into hot, rinsed jars and seal immediately. The sparkling wine adds a wonderful flavor. Note: Use either freshly squeezed blood orange juice or blood orange juice without additives from a tetra pack.
