Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 3 mulled wine bags (mulled wine fix)
  • 4 cl Amaretto
  • 270 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat the sour cherries until very hot, but do not boil. Add the mulled wine mix and let it steep for 15 minutes. Remove the bag, add the Amaretto, and puree the mixture. Now add the gelling sugar and stir in, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Test for set. Then pour into prepared jars and seal.
