Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1.2 liters of pureed tomatoes
- 30 g Italian herbs, chopped
- 400 ml vegetable stock, cold
- salt and pepper
- 6 large slices of baguette
- 6 basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all cold ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle the soup into glasses or bowls. Garnish with a slice of baguette and a basil leaf and serve immediately cold.
