Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 roll, from the day before
- 1 clove(s) garlic, young
- 100 ml olive oil, best fruity
- 100 ml wine, dry Pinot Noir or Brachetto
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, good
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 5 mint leaves

Clean, wash, and dice the vegetables and strawberries. Grate the crust off the roll and dice the crumb. Blend with wine, oil, and vinegar, adding a little more water if desired, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Cool thoroughly, divide among serving bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped mint leaves, and drizzle with a little more olive oil if desired. Serve!
