Quick cold tomato soup made from three ingredients

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1.2 liters of pureed tomatoes
  • 30 g Italian herbs, chopped
  • 400 ml vegetable stock, cold
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 large slices of baguette
  • 6 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all cold ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle the soup into glasses or bowls. Garnish with a slice of baguette and a basil leaf and serve immediately cold.
