Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g pork
- 250 g beef
- 250 g minced meat
- 250 g smoked belly (bundle)
- 250 g onion(s)
- 250 g bell pepper(s), colored
- 1 bottle of sauce (shish kebab or chili sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat and buns into cubes, mix with the minced meat, and place in an ovenproof dish. Slice the onions and peppers and arrange them on top of the meat, then pour the shish kebab sauce over the meat. Cover and simmer for 100 minutes at 200°C (400°F). If you like it spicier, you can use chili sauce.
