Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g meat, for cooking
- 4 m.-large kohlrabi with leaves
- 3 m.-sized potatoes
- 3 m.-large carrot(s)
- some salt and pepper

Recipe from my mom
Cook the piece of meat (the amount can vary depending on your taste) in salted water until tender. Peel the potatoes, kohlrabi, and carrots, and slice the carrots. Add the finely chopped, diced kohlrabi and potatoes to the soup, along with the sliced carrots. Cook until tender. Finally, add the washed and finely torn kohlrabi leaves and season with salt and pepper. Simmer briefly again.
