Casandra's white cabbage stew

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g white cabbage
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some caraway
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • some olive oil
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Remove the stalk from the cabbage, cut into strips, and wash. Peel and mince the garlic, peel and dice the onions. Place both in a pot with a little olive oil and sauté. Then add the minced meat and fry. Add the diced potatoes and shredded cabbage. Season with salt. Stir occasionally. After about 15 minutes, pour in the vegetable stock. Let the whole thing simmer for another 20 minutes. Then add the tomato paste, spices, and herbs and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
