- 2 chicken legs
- some spice mix (chicken spice flavoring salt)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Season the chicken thighs with the chicken seasoning and let them sit for 1 hour. Then preheat the contact grill (mine has 1900W and 6 levels) to level 4 and grill the chicken thighs for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Then grill for another 25 minutes at level 6, basting the chicken thighs with some of the fat collected in between.
