Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml tomato puree
- 30 g quinoa
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 100 ml condensed milk (4%)
- 2 tbsp chives, fresh, frozen or dried
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic salt

Place the passata in a pot, add the quinoa and vegetable stock, and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the quinoa is tender. Season with condensed milk (or cream or plant-based milk), chives, and spices. You can also use rice instead of quinoa.
