Vegetarian leek cream soup with champions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 tbsp, leveled vegetable stock powder
  • 1 pinch of marjoram
  • 50 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

vegan if desired, low-calorie

Slice the leek into rings and wash thoroughly. Dice the mushrooms and onion. Place the leek, mushrooms, onions, water, marjoram, and vegetable stock powder in a large enough pot and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes. Then puree and stir in the Soja Cuisine.
